b) PCMC Preventive corrective maintenance contract which is highly recommended for the continuous uptime of all Siemens equipment purchased through us.

c) On call repair service where we provide help in the event of equipment failure within at most 48 hours of reporting whether or not the client has a PCMC contract with us.
